Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. This site is built with semantic HTML, keyboard operable controls, visible focus styles, text alternatives for images, and colour contrast checked against the guidelines. It respects a reduced motion preference.
Known limitations
This site has not yet been through a full independent audit. Decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology on purpose.
Accessible housing
We follow the Fair Housing Act on reasonable accommodations and modifications. If you need an accommodation in order to view a property, complete an application, or live comfortably in one of our homes, tell us and we will work with you. Assistance animals are not pets and are never subject to pet fees or pet rent.
