The terms of any tenancy are those in the signed lease, and the terms of any management engagement are those in the signed management agreement.
Fair housing
We comply with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class.
The careers programme
Applying to be placed is free, and it stays free. We are paid by the firms that hire, never by the manager, and we take nothing out of your pay.
We work to introduce you to openings that fit. We do not guarantee that you will be offered a job, and we are not your employer. Any offer, its terms and its pay are between you and the employer.
The one to three day target for the first openings runs from the moment both setup tasks in your portal are complete, not from the moment you send the form. It is our working target, not a contractual commitment.
The $500 per property per month payment and any share of the $35,000 pool apply only to managers accepted into the Rent-Free Competition. Acceptance into that programme is a separate decision, it is not automatic on applying or on being placed, and its own rules govern how the pool is divided and when payments are made. We will give you those rules in writing before you join it.
You can ask us to stop working on your file, and to delete your details and your resume, at any time.

Limitation of liability
