What you need to apply
Photo ID, two recent pay stubs or an offer letter, and contact details for your last two
landlords. Every adult over 18 applies separately.
How we decide
Income of three times the rent, a credit score of 620 or above, no eviction filings in
five years. The same criteria for every applicant, published in advance.
How long it takes
One to two business days from the moment the last adult in the household has applied and
sent income documents. We answer either way, in writing.
