Benefit one
We keep a live repository of thousands of property management referrals: on site and community managers, leasing, maintenance supervisors, regional and portfolio roles. Once your file is complete we run your resume against it and come back with openings that actually fit, usually inside one to three days.
One to three days is measured from the moment both setup tasks in your portal are finished, not from the moment you send the form.
Benefit two
Managers accepted into the Rent-Free Competition earn $500 per property per month for every property they run under the programme, paid by us on top of whatever the placement itself pays.
Paid only to managers accepted into the Rent-Free Competition. Acceptance is a separate decision and is not automatic when you apply.
Benefit three
The Rent-Free Competition puts $35,000 on the table. Managers in the programme are ranked on the numbers that actually matter in this job, and the pool is split between the winners at the end of the season.
$35,000 is the total pool shared between winners, not an amount per person.
How it works
Your name, your experience and your resume. That is the whole form. Sending it creates your account and opens your portal straight away.
Open your Autonomerly account and fill in the basic information form. Both are linked from your portal and take a few minutes between them. Nothing moves until they are done.
Your resume goes against the referral repository, and we start contacting the people who posted the roles that fit you. You can watch each step land in your portal.
Openings that fit arrive in your portal with what each employer wants in an application, in their own words. You decide which ones to go for.
Who this is for
If you have run doors, leased units, kept a building standing or closed a month end, there is something in the repository for you.
What we need from you
PDF or Word, up to 10MB. It is stored privately on our server and read by our placement team, not published anywhere.
Doors managed, the software you know and how long you have been doing it. That is what the matching runs on.
Your city, and whether you are open to on site, hybrid or remote. The repository is nationwide.
Questions
No. Applying is free, being placed is free, and there is no fee taken out of your pay. We are paid by the firms that hire, never by the manager.
No. Most people who apply are still working. Nothing is sent to your current employer, and we do not contact anyone on your behalf until you tell us to.
Autonomerly is the platform your working profile lives on. It holds the detail an employer asks for, so we can put a complete file in front of them instead of a resume and a guess. Both links are in your portal and the account is free.
It is stored on our own server, not in a public folder, and it is read by our placement team and used to match you against openings. We do not sell it, publish it, or send it to an employer without you asking us to. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Our working target is one to three days from the point your two setup tasks are finished. Every stage is written into your portal as it happens, so you are never left guessing.
It is our programme for placed managers. Managers accepted into it earn $500 per property per month on top of their pay, and compete for a share of the $35,000 pool. Acceptance into it is decided separately from your placement.
