This is a paid position testing Autonomerly, the property management software this programme runs on. You use it the way a working manager would and tell us where it holds up and where it does not.
Autonomerly is doing two jobs for you at the same time, and both are the reason to be here. It puts you in front of property management openings, and it runs the properties you end up managing once you have one.
The opening itself is not a competition and nothing about it is ranked. Tell us we may apply for you and we run your resume against the referral repository straight away, which is where the one to three days comes from.
The Rent-Free Competition is the separate part, and it is optional. It is a 30 day challenge to become a property management firm of your own: set up lawfully in your state and sign one owner, and we pay $100 per property per month for 3 months, up to 5 properties, with $35,000 shared between the winners on top. Join it or ignore it: the job search works exactly the same either way.

One to three days is measured from the moment you tell us we may apply for you, which is one question on the screen straight after you send your resume.
The monthly payment
$100 a monthFor every property you manage in the Rent-Free Competition, for three months, on top of whatever the work itself pays.
Up to 5 properties, 3 months each. You must be allowed to manage property in your state, and each month is earned once you have actually managed it. Free to enter.
The prize pool
$35,000 poolSplit between the winners of the Rent-Free Competition at the end of the season.
$35,000 is the total pool shared between winners, not an amount per person. Winners are chosen by judges on the published scoring criteria. It is not a draw.
