What the job actually is

This is a paid position testing Autonomerly, the property management software this programme runs on. You use it the way a working manager would and tell us where it holds up and where it does not.

Autonomerly is doing two jobs for you at the same time, and both are the reason to be here. It puts you in front of property management openings, and it runs the properties you end up managing once you have one.

The opening itself is not a competition and nothing about it is ranked. Finish the two setup tasks in your portal and we run your resume against the referral repository straight away, which is where the one to three days comes from.

The Rent-Free Competition is the separate part. It is what pays $500 per property per month and puts $35,000 on the table, and being accepted into it is its own decision rather than something that happens automatically when you apply.

What you get, and what each one depends on

The job

1 to 3 days

A real opening that fits you, out of a repository of thousands of property management referrals.

One to three days is measured from the moment both setup tasks in your portal are finished, not from the moment you send the form.

The monthly payment

$500 a month

For every property you run in the Rent-Free Competition, paid by us on top of whatever the placement itself pays.

Paid only to managers accepted into the Rent-Free Competition. Acceptance is a separate decision and is not automatic when you apply.

The prize pool

$35,000 pool

Split between the winners of the Rent-Free Competition at the end of the season.

$35,000 is the total pool shared between winners, not an amount per person.
